Care and Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Professional to join our team at Watford General Hospital. As an Adults Practitioner, you will be working with significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK and current Social Work England registration is required.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in social work and be currently registered with Social Work England. Additionally, they should have substantial frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support services to adults in need
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Adults Services
