We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domiciliary Care Professional to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to our residents in their own homes.
About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support and companionship, and monitor resident's health and well-being. You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor resident's health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse or senior care assistant
What We Offer:
Bupa Global offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free healthcare, annual allowance, 28 days' holiday, and flexible working hours.
