About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Lead to join our team at INSTANDA, a pioneering Insurtech company revolutionising the insurance industry with our no-code agile platform. As a key member of our Pre-Sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing pre-sales team, focusing on technical solutions and customer support throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other pre-sales documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Manage and own the technical aspects of the sales process, including proof of concepts, solution architecture, and technical workshops.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting complex sales cycles and delivering technical solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in a SaaS company, with the ability to manage technical requirements from client needs and prepare and present customer demos.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
