This includes handling annual renewals, building client relationships, engaging in relevant conversations, and passing qualified leads to our sales team. You will also handle inbound inquiries and follow-up requests for quotations to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage assigned customer groups, focusing on annual renewals and providing exceptional service
  • Generate opportunities from existing and wider core client bases through relationship-building, relevant conversations, and lead passing
  • Handle inbound inquiries and quotation follow-ups to uncover growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and success
