About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, retain, and engage a team of staff to provide care services.
  • Lead the continuous professional development of the care team.
  • Undertake regular quality supervisions, appraisals, debriefs, and team meetings to ensure high standards of care.
  • Manage staffing matters, including performance and capability, in accordance with the company's HR policies and processes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Liaise with housing providers to ensure repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Lead on health and safety responsibilities, including fire alarm checks and other safety procedures.
  • Cover shifts when necessary and be part of the company's call system outside of normal operating hours.
