Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Manager to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. They will also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and consistent information sharing with team members, external stakeholders, and individuals supported.

A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 (inclusive of £3,000 car allowance) is offered for this role, along with 25 days annual leave and pension contributions. We also offer a collaborative and supportive working environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
