Healthcare Manager for Complex Care

We are recruiting a Healthcare Manager to lead our team in Lincolnshire, providing complex care services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. As a seasoned Service Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and manage risks. This field-based role requires direct communication with patients, relatives, ICBs, and wider care teams. The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care, hold an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent), and have a proven track record in healthcare leadership.
The benefits package includes a salary of £50,000, comprising £47,000 basic pay plus a £3,000 car allowance, as well as 33 days holiday, private pension scheme, health cash back plans, and a leading Learning and Development programme. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to work towards CQC registration and possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others.
