Key Responsibilities
  • To work closely with the people supported and their families to ensure their personal needs are met and they have a say in how they live their lives.
  • Manage all aspects of running the service, including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances, and medication management.
  • Monitor activities and ensure the quality of support and care meets Glenholme's policy and sector regulatory standards.
