About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs, providing them with the support and care they require to live independently and access the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with complex needs
- Assist with personal care and support, including managing medication and hygiene
- Teach independent living skills, such as budgeting and shopping
- Support individuals to participate in community-based activities, such as swimming and social events
- Help individuals to develop new hobbies and interests
- Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
