Care Services Manager

The Curaa Group is seeking a seasoned Care Services Manager to lead our residential and nursing home teams. This dynamic individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and quality services are delivered to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC regulations and DoLS legislation.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote resident-centered care and well-being.
- Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and local communities.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and staff performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar position (preferably).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care services and making a positive impact on people's lives.
