We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Living Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage 1 supported living service and 1 single person service supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the supported living services
- Oversee the implementation of care plans and ensure high-quality care delivery
- Lead a team of support staff and promote a positive work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in supported living or similar settings
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
