Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Manager to support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in all aspects of the home's management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the supervision of staff and induction.
  • Review and develop residents' care plans.
  • Support residents with personal care while promoting independence.
  • Work closely with the Care Management Team.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience at a senior care level and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Salary: £14.00-£14.50 per hour, depending on the day of the week.
