Senior Children's Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Children's Care Professional to join our team in High Wycombe.
The salary for this permanent position is up to £28,500 per annum.
About the RoleThis challenging yet rewarding role involves working closely with young people, their families, and external agencies to ensure their care needs are met.
You will be responsible for contributing to the development of risk assessments, reviews, and implementation.
A successful candidate will have a Level 3 Children, Young Person and Family Practitioner (or equivalent) qualification and an understanding of the needs of looked after young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forming effective relationships with young people and their families.
- Contributing to the development of care plans and risk assessments.
- Maintaining high levels of professionalism in residential care work.
