Senior Children's Residential Worker
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Children's Residential Worker. This role will involve working with children in a residential setting, providing support and guidance to ensure their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Responsibilities:- To maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans, risk assessments, and key working sessions, reflecting best practices and incorporating the child's views, wishes, and feelings.
- To model best practices and demonstrate reflective practice in daily work, ensuring effective implementation of care plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong understanding of children's development and behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role.
