At Hd6, we are committed to providing a supportive environment for children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Support Specialists.

This is an exciting opportunity for Psychology and Criminology Graduates to develop their skills and experience in a challenging yet rewarding role. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with our highly specialist site to provide first-class support to children with ADHD, Autism, SEMH, and Mild Learning Difficulties.

We offer a competitive salary of £450 - £550 per week DOE, along with education and training provided. Our school is rated 'Good' by Ofsted and provides a wide array of extracurricular activities, therapies, and personalized care in purpose-built spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement student-centered plans
  • To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Psychology or Criminology degree
  • Experience working with children with complex needs (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
