Job Title: Education Assistant Specialist

S Knights Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Education Assistant Specialist to support our team's efforts in delivering high-quality apprenticeships.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering Teaching Assistant apprenticeships up to Level 3, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire learners. This is a full-time, permanent role that involves remote work with occasional travel within a 50-mile radius of your location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create schemes of work and session plans under the guidance of the Quality Team.
  • Deliver Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 3.
  • Evaluate learner performance within workplace settings.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their advancement towards timely completion.
  • Provide training sessions on a one-to-one or group basis, either in-person or online.
  • Pursue ongoing training as identified through observation and line management processes.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Hold a relevant qualification in STLS, Teaching Assistance, or equivalent.
  • Possess a Teaching or Assessing qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, PGCE, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Have experience working as a teaching assistant in mainstream education - primary, secondary, or alternative education.

£35,000 - £55,000 per annum
