About the Role
As a Care Specialist, you'll be working with children living with relatives, foster families, or in care settings. Your key responsibilities include conducting regular visits, assessments, and care plan reviews. You will also prepare reports and attend court when required. Additionally, you'll collaborate with Health Services, CAMHS, IROs, and carers to advocate for children's wishes and needs.

We follow the Strengthening Families Framework, a strengths-based, relationship-focused approach to assessments, care plans, and case management.

With a salary of £44,569 per annum plus a £2,750 market premium, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that offers opportunities for growth and success.
