Emergency Care Veterinary Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our Emergency and Critical Care department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in emergency medicine, neurology, and surgery, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality of life.
This is a full-time position, but we are open to part-time discussions for the right candidate. Shifts typically run from 8pm-9am, including some weekend nights and bank holidays. A competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum reflects the level of experience required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Providing professional services as a Senior Veterinary Surgeon in dealing with OOH and emergency cases
- Collaborating with the HDU Clinical Nurse Team Leader to ensure effective patient care
- Participating in regular meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans
Requirements:
- Experience working in an emergency or referral environment
- Strong knowledge of emergency medicine, neurology, and surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
