Senior Care Manager - Supported Living

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Care Manager to join our team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a CQC registered manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of care professionals.

The salary for this role is £35,250 rising to £36,750 (after CQC registration), with benefits including 28 days paid holiday, extra days holiday for every year's service up to 5 years, DBS paid for, private healthcare after qualifying period, employee assistance programme, pension, blue light discount card, long service awards, and subsidised gym membership at a local gym.
