Senior Care Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Care Coordinator for our supported living services. We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who can provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Salary: £35,250 - £36,750 per annum (dependent on CQC registration)
Location: High Wycombe
The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience as a CQC-registered manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. They will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated staff team, providing regular supervisions and support for their development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance, and management of systems, processes, procedures, and standards within the area of responsibility
- Ensure the service meets compliance requirements through audit processes and developing improvement action plans
- Provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
