About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our Academy Training Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Induction Training: Design and deliver comprehensive induction training programs for new team members, ensuring they understand our company values, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop Training Content: Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and online modules, to support our training programs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Upskilling and Reskilling: Assist in identifying and addressing training needs for existing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Training and Development Experience: Have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on customer service and operational processes.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including team members, department heads, and subject matter experts.
