About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our Academy Training Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Induction Training: Design and deliver comprehensive induction training programs for new team members, ensuring they understand our company values, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop Training Content: Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and online modules, to support the development of our team members.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
  • Assess and Evaluate Training: Assess the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Upskilling and Reskilling: Assist in the development of upskilling and reskilling programs to support the growth and development of our team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to address those areas.
  • Collaborative and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in e-Learning Tools and Learning Management Systems: Ability to design and deliver online training programs using e-learning tools and learning management systems.
