Customer Service Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our Academy Training Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Induction Training: Design and deliver comprehensive induction training programs for new team members, ensuring they understand our company values, policies, and procedures.
- Develop Training Content: Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and online modules, to support the development of our team members.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support Upskilling: Assist in the development of upskilling programs to support the growth and development of our team members.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Training and Development Experience: Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and developing training materials.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze training needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Be able to work effectively with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
