We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive our European expansion strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team in a player/coach capacity.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand Yapily's presence in Europe.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Several years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the financial technology or SaaS industry.
- Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of the Open Banking and financial technology landscape in Europe, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
