**Job Title:** Product Leader for Open Banking Payments

**Location:** Hybrid (London-based, with flexibility for remote working)

**Salary:** £85,000 - £105,000 base salary, plus equity and Private Healthcare

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Leader to join our growing team. This pivotal role involves driving the development and enhancement of our Open Banking platform, with a particular focus on payments and variable recurring payments. The Product Leader will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of a diverse client base, while also driving strategic engagement within the Open Banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a product strategy focused on enhancing our payments capabilities, particularly in the area of variable recurring payments, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions on time and within budget.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of payments-related features from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration based on user feedback.
  • Industry Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for payments-related product communications, providing regular updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Leader within the payments and fintech sectors, with a strong understanding of Open Banking and payments solutions.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, particularly within the payments domain, from concept to launch.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, especially related to payment products.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
