Children's Welfare Manager

Field View Care Recruitment Solutions invites applications from experienced Registered Managers to lead our children's home in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
Responsibilities and Duties- To manage the staff and resources of the home, ensuring a positive living experience for residents.
- To oversee the care, safety, and development of all residents, including management and co-ordination of the home's outreach work.
- To facilitate team meetings, plan and coordinate activities, and develop childcare standards and best practice models.
- Relevant experience working with children with mental health needs and challenging behaviors.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Knowledge of childcare standards and best practice models, as well as management theories and child-related/social care qualifications.
- A satisfactory DBS check, and full knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
Salary: up to £60k + bonus, estimated salary range £55-£65k per annum. A relocation package is available.
