We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated and innovative Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our residential care services. This exciting opportunity offers a £5,000 relocation bonus for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a designated Psychologist within the home and community to provide direct therapeutic work with children.
  • Develop and implement child-centred budgets and home decor plans to the highest standard.
  • Provide organisational support from IT, HR, and Marketing departments, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
  • Manage a competitive salary package, including performance-related bonuses and a relocation package up to £5,000.
  • Ensure successful Ofsted inspections through comprehensive training and support.
  • Offer engagement days, individual team building, and house holidays to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant position, preferably in residential childcare.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce and LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A 'Good' or 'Outstanding' grade in recent Ofsted Inspections.
