Job DescriptionThis Par Time Customer Service Representative role is an integral part of our Service Centre team, responsible for providing high-level customer service, responding to queries, and performing administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be IT literate, and have a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers
- Respond to all queries in accordance with company standards
- Deal with internal and external customers visiting the Service Centre in a professional manner
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to ensure the correct functioning of the Service Centre
