About the Role
Culligan UK Limited is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding Customer Experience Lead - Service Centre position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities within our Bristol Service Centre, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and staff are supported and engaged.

Job Description
- Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, promoting a culture of excellence and high performance
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Foster strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and support
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Ensure health and safety compliance within the service centre

Requirements & Salary
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions
- Experience in managing teams, preferably in operations or service-oriented roles
- Organisational skills to maintain smooth daily operations
- Proficient in daily reporting and data analysis
The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including a company pension scheme, enhanced paternity and maternity benefits, 23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays, and more.
