Job Title: Service Centre Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Culligan UK limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Centre Operations Manager to oversee daily activities within our Bristol Service Centre. As a pivotal member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational processes run smoothly, staff are supported and engaged, and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead and motivate the service team, including Water Delivery Drivers and Technicians
  • Assist in training and development of staff to meet operational standards
  • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and maintenance services for optimal customer satisfaction
  • Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Work closely with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Support team members with issues and concerns in daily operations
  • Ensure health and safety compliance within the service centre
  • Contribute to performance reviews and recruitment processes
