IT Service Centre Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our EUC team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and refreshing end-user hardware to ensure our staff continue to work with current and reliable equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner via telephone, email, or in-person.
- Take ownership of issues raised and manage customer expectations, providing regular updates as agreed.
- Act as a liaison for EUC communication and handovers, delivering in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Represent the IT Service Centre throughout the organisation, providing excellent customer service.
- Use sound judgment to make decisions that maximise customer satisfaction.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong development and learning skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Intune.
- Experience supporting iOS Apple devices.
- Experience using hardware building with Microsoft SCCM.
