IT Service Centre Representative

As an IT Service Centre Representative at Motability Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal customers. This role involves representing the IT Service Centre in a professional and friendly manner, responding to phone calls and in-person requests, and actively contributing to the improvement of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to phone calls and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner
Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 Applications
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and other company IT hardware
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and departmental SLAs and KPIs
Continuously develop and improve personal performance to meet the needs of our customers
Requirements
Experience working in a Customer Service or Service Centre environment
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, flexible attitude
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between working on-site and remotely within the UK
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 Applications
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
