Territory Business Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced Territory Business Development Lead to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers.
Your primary focus will be on selling Enteral Feeding products, including feeding tubes, syringes, and accessories. You will work closely with clinicians to provide expert training and support, ensuring seamless product integration into customer workflows.
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of commercial medical devices and procurement practices within the NHS environment. A minimum of 3 years' experience in this field is required, along with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Enteral Feeding products, including feeding tubes, syringes, and accessories.
- Work alongside clinicians to provide training and development.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, with uncapped OTE of up to £22,000.
