Territory Business Development Executive

Zachary Daniels is a leading recruitment agency partnering with a prominent jewellery brand to fill this exciting sales role. We are seeking a Territory Business Development Executive to join our team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position where you will work closely with our partner to drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and influence key stakeholders.

  • Achieve seasonal sales targets for your territory by implementing effective strategies and working closely with partners.
  • Directly manage all territory partners, providing guidance and advice as needed, while maintaining strong relationships with owners, buyers, and merchandisers.
  • Maximise sales of new collections and repeat orders from designated accounts in your area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new wholesale accounts in your area and make recommendations to your line manager.
  • Develop and negotiate relationships and agreements with partners to grow the territory and improve profitability.
  • Provide monthly reporting to cover sell-in, sell-out, and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving sales growth.
Benefits
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • £50,000 per annum + bonus.
