Global Business Development Executive

At Mandeville Recruitment, we are seeking an exceptional Global Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to work with a renowned Global British brand across Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new international customers and opportunities, leveraging intelligence and insights to craft effective entry strategies. They will also establish and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and networks to support market customer and growth.
We are looking for someone with pan-European experience, who has brought on large complex accounts and possesses excellent commercial exposure to Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the organisation's objectives.
The salary for this role is estimated to be up to £80k on base OTE 30% Bonus + Car + Benefits or Car Allowance. Additional benefits include Company pension + life insurance schemes, 37 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays, Access to LinkedIn Learning, Onsite Supermarket, Discount to local gyms for employees, Company thrift club, Cycle to work for employee's scheme, Gorgeous Office Location in the UK, Free Parking, and a car allowance of £640 for a normal car or £800 a month for an electric car or company car.
