Area Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets, with a strong track record of achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
