**Business Development Executive**:
You will be part of a Business Development Team that will be comprised of a Technical Sales Manager (responsible for new business from inbound leads, and who will provide expertise to support the Business Development Executive in creating proposals and pitchesand delivering demonstrations, together with a Content Marketing Manager. You will report directly to one of the Executive Directors and the senior management team.**
**Purpose of the Role**:
To deliver the company’s new business targets by identifying and securing £240,000 of gross profit per year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To hunt and open doors to new prospects within my clients target markets to create new business opportunities.
- To lead sales pitches and close deals to achieve the annual target including management and submission of proposals and cost estimates.
- To collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager and Content Marketing Manager in the creation and management of proposals, pitch presentations and collateral to support sales activities.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in selling event management services - including experience selling at C-Suite level.
- Successful track record of achieving sales targets in excess of £250,000 gross profit per annum.
- Proven ability to network and build relationships.
- Skilled negotiator with experience of selling high-end services.
- Competent to manage proposal and pitch presentation delivery.
- Competent with technology and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).

**Salary & benefits**:

- £40,000 basic salary plus realistic OTE 19k.
