Global Sales and Development Executive

This role is focused on attracting and securing new business through sales development, relationship building, and providing exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be identifying new markets and potential customers, networking, and cold calling to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Network and engage in industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities
- Provide proactive and consultative sales support to customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales achievement within a freight forwarding environment
- Strong network and contacts across the region
- Up-to-date knowledge of markets and industries with potential freight forwarding needs
- A full UK driver's license for regular travel across the region
- Flexible working arrangements
- Quarterly sales bonus scheme

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved in this role.
