Job Description

We are NMS Recruit Ltd, a dynamic and expanding brewery group with a diverse range of products and brands within it. Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Retail Sales Executive to focus on Multiple Retail groups. This is an exciting opportunity to expand brand reach across the UK, driving sales volume and profit growth beyond set targets within the entire On-Trade channel.

As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strong new business strategy, identifying target customers whose consumer base and outlet profiles align closely with our diverse portfolio. Your goal will be to secure high-volume, high-margin customers within the region, maximizing the distribution of our core brands across their retail estates.

You will engage with senior and executive stakeholders across all areas of the customer's business to fully optimize our brand's presence and impact. Key responsibilities include:
  1. An exceptional understanding of financial & negotiation concepts for the On Trade. Effective commercial negotiations with customers ensuring the deal is commercially viable and that all aspects of agreed deals are timely and well executed.
  2. Building mutually beneficial account plans translating these into actions and tactics. Leveraging all partnerships with agreed joint business plans/trading agreements. An obsession about growing brands and channels, providing high service levels to customers.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car allowance, enhanced OTE/bonus scheme, and 25 days + bank holidays.
