Job Opportunity
">The role of Business Development Director is available at Mandeville Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our European presence and developing new business relationships with Facilities Management clients.
">You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Europe to drive growth and bring in new business. We are looking for someone who has experience bringing on large complex accounts and has pan-European experience.
">This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global British brand and be part of their international growth strategy. You will be based in the UK with occasional travel to Europe, staying overnight a few times a month.
">Key Responsibilities">- ">
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new international customers and opportunities, leveraging intelligence and insights to craft effective entry strategies.">
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the organisation's objectives.">
- Innovative Growth Approaches: Create and implement creative solutions to overcome market challenges and seize growth opportunities.">
- Collaboration Across Functions: Partner with internal teams, including product development, marketing, overseas companies and export customers, to tailor solutions that meet regional and market-specific demands.">
- Performance Management: Define clear growth objectives, set ambitious targets, and drive accountability within the business development team.">

- Competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus 30% bonus.">
