Proptech Relationship Manager

We are looking for adaptable, customer-focused professionals to join our Proptech team as Customer Success Managers. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end client experience, from onboarding and training to ongoing support, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.
You will be responsible for owning the customer journey, being a trusted partner, and driving value and growth through proactive engagement with clients. A successful candidate will have at least two years' proven experience in SaaS, Proptech, or closely related industries, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
