Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Client/Customer Success Manager to join our team. As the primary contact for key clients, you will deliver outstanding service and drive exceptional results across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs.
  • Collaborate with operations and development teams for seamless project implementation.
  • Conduct regular app reviews, offering design and content recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing these initiatives from start to finish.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client engagement and usage.
  • Host regular Business Reviews, tracking client sentiment and product utilization.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Proven track record in client service roles, ideally within the Proptech or tech sectors.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Able to understand client needs and advocate on their behalf.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + commission.
  • Primarily remote work arrangement with occasional office visits once a month and attendance at client meetings as needed.
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
