Proptech Client Relationship Manager

">Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Client/Customer Success Manager to join our team. As the primary contact for key clients, you will deliver outstanding service and drive exceptional results across high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with operations and development teams for seamless project implementation.
- Conduct regular app reviews, offering design and content recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing these initiatives from start to finish.
- Prepare detailed reports on client engagement and usage.
- Host regular Business Reviews, tracking client sentiment and product utilization.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record in client service roles, ideally within the Proptech or tech sectors.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Able to understand client needs and advocate on their behalf.
Benefits:
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + commission.
- Primarily remote work arrangement with occasional office visits once a month and attendance at client meetings as needed.
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
