Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with over 10 years of experience in the Estate Agency sector to join our innovative PropTech company near London as a Senior Key Account Manager and Team Leader. This is a managerial position that involves selling our PropTech platform to key decision makers at London-based Estate Agencies, demonstrating its value and generating revenue.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sell our PropTech solution to key decision makers at London-based Estate Agencies.
  • Close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the platform.
  • Lead and manage the Account Management team, driving department objectives and commercial success.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong managerial skills, a passion for business development, account management, and customer success. They must be charismatic, articulate, resilient, and able to build strong relationships with clients. A basic salary of £55k and up to £90k OTE is on offer, along with benefits such as Monday to Friday working hours, one day of flexible working from home per week, and 33 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
