About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Proptech company in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive client success, develop your career, and contribute to a rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the end-to-end client experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Developing and executing tailored solutions to address client needs, leveraging commercial insights and expertise.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling new features and expanding client accounts.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, building trust, and advocating for their needs within the business.

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in SaaS or Proptech, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and anticipate client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and advocate for client needs.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
