PropTech Success Strategist

Cherry Pick People is revolutionising how people interact with spaces through technology. As a PropTech Success Strategist, you will take the lead in building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service, acting as the primary contact for key clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs
- Collaborate with operations and development teams for seamless project implementation
- Conduct regular app reviews, offering design and content recommendations
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing these initiatives from start to finish
- Prepare detailed reports on client engagement and usage
Profile:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
- Proven track record in client service roles, ideally within the Proptech or tech sectors
- Comfortable working independently and in a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
- Able to understand client needs and advocate on their behalf
Package:
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + commission (£65,000)
- Primarily remote, with occasional office visits once a month and attendance at client meetings as needed
- 25 days annual leave (+bank holidays)
