Proptech Customer Experience Manager

Job Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading PropTech company, driving client satisfaction and delivering exceptional results across high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in client service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service Management: deliver outstanding service by acting as the primary contact for key clients and driving client satisfaction
- Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Project Implementation: collaborate with operations and development teams to ensure seamless project implementation and deliverables
- App Review and Recommendations: conduct regular app reviews to offer design and content recommendations that meet client expectations
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing these initiatives from start to finish and driving revenue growth
- Client Reporting: prepare detailed reports on client engagement and usage to inform business decisions and improve customer experience
- Business Reviews: host regular Business Reviews to track client sentiment and product utilisation, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: a proven track record in client service roles, ideally within the PropTech or tech sectors
- Communication Skills: excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Teamwork: able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth
- Client Advocacy: able to understand client needs and advocate on their behalf, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Package:
- Salary: £50,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression
