Job Purpose

The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in driving sales growth for our Fortune 500 clients. This includes managing sales regions, executing sales campaigns, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual who can help us achieve our sales goals and make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate sales leads to drive outbound activity and meet sales goals
  • Work with our team to develop a pipeline that reinforces lead generation and revenue growth
  • Identify key decision-makers, build relationships, and influence stakeholders to move sales forward
  • Conduct discovery calls, schedule appointments, and prepare detailed call summaries for our sales team
  • Utilize software tools and client-specific systems to manage leads, source prospects, and track sales activity
Requirements
  • Associates degree or higher preferred (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize within a fast-paced environment
