**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Contact Specialist to join our team at our VW dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for handling Aftersales calls, booking customers' vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs, and ensuring accurate data inputting of customer details.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is approximately £34,000 per annum, with opportunities for OTE (On Target Earnings) up to £40,000. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
