Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at sportstechgroup- JobBoard. As a key member of our Service & People Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and set the standard for what good customer service looks like in all aspects of the job.
  • Support the Service & People Manager to develop a diverse and inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and motivated.
  • Drive conversion and sales through effective leadership and coaching of the store team.
  • Manage the RFID process in store and ensure refill is conducted in line with the store grade's frequency.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment is created for the store team and customers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or as a team leader in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with commercial tools and how to use them to drive actions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (estimated), depending on experience.
