About the Role

Pandora A/S is looking for a Customer Experience Director to lead our sales team and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and exceeding sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement customer experience strategies to drive sales and loyalty

  • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements to the customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
